What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clients can schedule a FREE on-site consultation to discuss and determine how we can help with their flooring needs. Once it is determined we can help, we will provide a detailed proposal & pricing same day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

When hiring someone to install your floors make sure you have done your due diligence by checking references and at the end of the day, trust your gut feeling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in the flooring industry when I was a child by helping my father in his carpet store. I enjoy utilizing all that I have learn throughout the years and helping people realize their vision for their floors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a variety of customers on both residential and business flooring projects. Whether it be new construction or remodeling, we have seen it all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love the opportunity to help a buyer's vision come to life. We don't stop until the customer is 100% satisfied.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When hiring a flooring installer make sure you check references, don't be afraid to ask for pictures of past projects and always trust your gut.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The main thing you want to do is make sure you feel comfortable with who you are working with. When you find the right person you will know it and they will help walk you through the process.
