We are professional and respectful to the customer. We arrive on time with all the tools needed to complete the job whether it is just a proposal or the installation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have attended numerous hours of classroom training and have years of on the job training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in and around this work all my life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last job I was fond of was totally transforming a young couples Master Bathroom. It took 10days but we did custom shower walls and a tub surround. It turned out amazing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

One of the best pieces of advice I have is making sure you get the flooring that YOU, the customer wants and it is going to fit your life style. Not just what is in stock from that company and they are trying to push. We have 3000 samples we bring to your house and we by direct from manufacturers so we don't have to have stock and push one or tow options.

Ask a lot of questions? What is all included in a flooring replacement? We here at Floor Coverings International Mid South offer a turn key price. We move the furniture, haul away the old flooring so it isn't sitting on your curb for weeks. We even vacuum the new carpet when we get done. We strive on making sure the customer is fully informed before and through the process.
