What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We don't like surprise fees and neither do you. We do our best to be transparent with pricing. Trust is the foundation of any business relationship and we work to earn yours. I do offer volume discounts and a military/veteran discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The sales process works best when a customer visits our showroom so we can determine what product best suits their project. Then we go through the selection and find a product you like. Next is in-home measurement and general survey. This will determine your quote. From there, we will schedule installation at your convenience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the flooring industry in various roles for over a decade. We strictly adhere to National Wood Flooring Association installation guidelines. Why? Because failure to do so will almost guarantee your flooring warranty will be voided. With hardwood, 95% off issues are due to installation error. Choosing an installer that is familiar with industry standards is paramount.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We've been in flooring for 10 years in different roles-Millwork, Sales, Operations, Importing, etc. We decided to open our own store and we love what we do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with everyone from small, 200sqft projects to 4000sqft projects for commercial spaces.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed LVP and trim in a beautiful Lake house. Our customer did his own demo which saved him money. We were able to install LVP throughout, cut, paint, and caulk associated trim in 1 day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Shop around, buy from someone you feel comfortable with, do research, and ask lots of questions.

Consider budget and timeline.
