What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are completely transparent. We show you our material cost, labor cost and profit (what we make).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The same as a long time customer. We aim to give the best service in the city. We are with you every step of the way through the project from picking out tile to the “Blue Tape” punch-list.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started the company because we recognized people that don’t know much about the remodeling process can be taken advantage of. We are striving to be the best contractor in town which includes being transparent and honest with our customers. If a customer thinks a price is too high, we have an answer to explain why it is what it is.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

“Good deals” can work both ways. We’ve been called to fix some “good deals”. They can be great or they can be very sloppy and leave a job unfinished. In which case it’s not a good deal because you have to spend more money to hire someone to finish over the sloppy work.
