What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every project and every house is different. The pricing is based off of the size of the house, the area effected, and the engineering programs we use to determine exactly what needs to be done and how much of each product you need. There is absolutely NO guess work with what we do. So we must come and see your project so we can properly diagnose and give you a quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer free no obligation estimates! We need you to give us a call so we can schedule someone to come out to take a look at your project. Every project is different and we are going to give you an exact price (not a guess) on what it will cost. If you're ready to move forward we'll schedule a time to get our professional crews out there to complete the job. It's that simple! Give us a call!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Layne the owner of Frontier has been a Licensed General Contractor for over 40 years. In 2002 we strictly started focusing on Basement/Crawlspace and foundation repair. We are attached to the largest and best basement waterproofing and foundation repair experts in the united states! We constantly work to train our employees to deliver "WOW" customer service to every customer every time. We also focus our crews on particular project types. This way you have the very best crew for your project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Layne has been a licensed general contractor for over 40 years. He decided to focus on Basements/Crawlspaces and Foundation repair in the surrounding Nashville area because there wasn't anyone who was doing this type of work to the professional standard that he holds.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. We have done projects as little as replacing a crawl space door to major commercial projects in the downtown Nashville area. Whatever the project big or small, we can help you!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just recently finished a project for a couple in Waverly, TN. They were an amazing couple who were having issues with mold and a musty smell in the house. They had a child who had to use an inhaler when he was inside the house. After an inspection with one of our trained inspectors, we found the source of the mold coming from their crawlspace. We encapsulated the crawlspace with a 20mil Cleanspace Liner. Sealed the vents and door and properly re-insulated the crawl space. The son no longer has to use his inhaler anymore! What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We suggest to get multiple quotes. Make sure that they thoroughly inspect the area you are concerned about. Without a through inspection, no one can give you a proper quote on what it is going to cost. Lastly, ask a lot of questions and ask for referrals. I wouldn't suggest using a company who isn't A+ rated with the BBB.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
