I’m Steve Welch with Home Dr Pros LLC. I’m 50 yo with a wife of 33 years, and three kids. We moved to Knoxville to chase some grandkids! I’ve been in the residential home construction business since I got out of school and I have built new homes for over 20 years from grass to turn key. in these later years, our company has focused on kitchens, baths, basement renovations, and home additions. We do our own plumbing, electrical, Sheetrock finishing, trim, painting, and flooring so that means there isn't a lot of waiting in between trades on someone else's schedule.
