We have a standard service fee of $95. Our other fees differ from every job type

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We engage in every part of the process. We make sure the customer never feels in the dark about anything.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a team of certified installation techs. With 20+ years of experience we are covered in all luxury brands including but not limited to sub zero appliance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in my late teens. Started off as a delivery driver but expanded my knowledge and now we are Top Dawg Installations

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have dealt with first time home buyer’s, long time home owners, contractors and private landlords.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished an entire floor LVP install. We are fond of this because as we removed subfloor and old carpet a lot of issues surfaced. Luckily in house we are very versatile and were able to fix it all without customer having to call anyone else. The job took almost 3 days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take the job apart and really analyze the task at hand before jumping to the it’s to costly side. We pride ourselves in our work so you won’t get less the 110% effort every single time. But also think about what it takes to maintain this business and make sure our customers are covered and receive the best quality installation but also be able to keep up with business expenses.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think of connections. Does the installer need to have extra or does your purchase comes with what’s needed. Do you need to go out and buy or rent a tool to get the installation job or does the company hired have said tool.
