What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer financing options! We offer discounts to military, school teachers, EMT and Law Enforcement. There will be no surprises on your final invoice. All pricing on proposal will be honored.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free In-Home consultation and proposals including product and material.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

FCI is the top rated in home flooring contractor in North America, and we have a team that offers annual training to stay current on trends and changes in products and technology.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in the flooring industry for over seven years and was the branch manager for a commercial flooring company for five years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our primary focus is residential, however we work on commercial projects as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a project that helped a family as they were downsizing to move into a new community. We sanded and finished the entire downstairs and stairs, we installed new carpeting in the upstairs bedrooms and added LVP to their workout room. It took five days to complete the project and we all love the final product!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Certainly do your research and read Google Reviews on the companies you are looking to hire for your flooring project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Certainly who's living in the home. Do you have pets, children? Also what is the age of the home and the type of subfloor in the home. What are the differences in the types of flooring you are looking at?
