What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our office and staff provide great communication and understanding for needs and wants for home improvements. I personally give the estimates with in a timely manner for time is money for myself and clients. Than depending how when want the work done I schedule my next earliest time available.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have never been an office type person but I learned this skill and trade as a child helping my Dad i developed a love and a passion for what I do and watching peoples happiness come true from my passion.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For flooring they should know the sq ft of the area the work is to be done at. For painting have the type of paint you want and color also who will be providing that materials. Cause prices do change.
