Working for a customer is not something I take lightly. Allowing me and my staff to be allowed to come into your home is a honor and we will respect that! Being a family owned business we have one goal.... make customer Happy!! That includes a lot of things like showing up on time, respecting the customers personal belongings and the actual home as well, doing the job better than anyone else and hopefully by working hard and doing are best we can grow our business with one Happy customer at a time!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 To help insure our high quality and full transparency, we do charge a $25-$50 trip charge for customers outside of our 30 mile radius. The work is sometimes really tough. The feedback and the smiles we get from our customers makes it well worth it!! Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We do have somewhat of a standard pricing. The only reason I say somewhat is because I have found that customers don't always need the same things. We run a special 3 rooms for $129. Our most popular ticket. Sometimes when we get to customers home we find that the pet of the home has found that they like to go on the carpet than the grass outside. We then would offer Enzyme Pet cleaning for $25 dollars a room but that is up to the customer completely. Our goal is to offer the best prices in town and the Best services as well!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Working with a new customer is a Joy! We love to surprise the customer with getting their carpet back to looking NEW!! Listening to not only what they tell us about some of the obvious needs but we like to hear what they really want as well! Then do the work right and on time!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Now over 5 yrs of hands on training with over 1200 personal homes and lots of businesses, churches and state/federal buildings. We still keep our training going every day and special up to date training twice a year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always been in the Customer Service industry and really love helping and finding solutions! The Carpet and Tile cleaning business is a Great way to do this everyday. What better way to be apart of a customers everyday life, than help making their home cleaner and a better place to live!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
The Best!! We love our customers from huge businesses, to small businesses, Aggie students to A&M faculty, poor, rich and in between. To us no matter your status, we treat everyone the same........ it's just the right thing to do!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Well..... we finished a really large 17 story complex here in College Station. The hardest 10 days of my life. Figuring out the logistics of how to run 200 ft of hoses on two corners of the building and still have the proper power for the suction and power of the spray was a huge task, but we not only finished on time but we were told by management and even the staff, that this year they could show the units to their new tenants and parents of the student with pride because of how fresh and clean it feels and looks!!!! Very proud of my guys for helping Aggieland Carpet Cleaning showing what hard work and detailed work looks like!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Customers need to know not only a little about the company but who that company is sending out to go into your home. I personally guarantee that my staff is not only been checked out but some are my family!! I think of it this way. Who would I want to come in my home with my wife and kids? That is why we usually have two members of my staff on every job and I try to either help with job or come by to check the quality of work!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How many rooms do you need done. Problem areas that you want to point out to the professional. A complete process from start to finish for an average size home will take approximately 5 hours. (this includes dry time) Will the price given at the start of the job be the same at the end of the job. No one likes changes about the "Cost" with out being able to make that decision on their own!
