What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We believe in finding the best solution for each individual customer. Prices will vary depending on a number of factors. Ex: laminate vs hardwood or tile vs carpet. All very different prices points for the materials and install of those materials depending on your particular preference.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically get a rough idea what our customers want for their homes. We set a time and date for a walk through to take measurements. We talk about possible product choices, ask detailed questions about the scope of work in order to get an accurate estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have attended multiple workshops for installation methods /procedures for interlocking, glued down and thin set products. Rest assured we will meet and uphold all manufacturing specifications for install.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This is really a family business. My father has been a flooring specialist for as long as I can remember! Got my start with my father back in 2012 full time! Been in the industry ever since. I spent Plenty of summer as a “go-for” growing up lol.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work will all types of customers. Single family homes, multi family homes, high rises, dental offices .. we don’t shy away.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had the opportunity to finish a pre-finished nail down install for a customer in the North Richland hills area. Her previous contractor had let her down and left her deep in the middle of a demolition and install. We went in and took over, handled the mess and got it done. She choose a great product and we were so glad to help.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, make sure they are knowledgeable and professional. Make sure they stand behind the quality of their work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of product they are Interested in? rough budget ? That really about it, all other question should be asked by your professionals in order to find the best solution for you.
