What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For flooring, we charge a rate per square foot for installation. That rate may vary based on the type of flooring. Other costs for flooring installation typically include installation of corner round or baseboards, old flooring removal and haul away, and furniture moving. Those fees are optional based on what you can do yourself. Paint pricing is based on ceiling height, room size, and desired surfaces.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Many jobs we can quote via this platform. The better information and pictures you provide, the easier it is for us to quote. We can come on site and do a free estimate as well. We will provide a written estimate if we do that with exact costs. Estimates are good for 30 days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 15 years of experience installing various types of flooring and painting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father and his friend taught me how to do this work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with individual homeowners, commercial business owners, new construction contractors, real estate investors, and many more. We also have several Linea of vinyl, laminate, and engineered hardwood flooring available.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most projects are completed within 1-2 days of start depending on the job size and work needed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider how many repair jobs they have to go back and fix! I've seen some really bad flooring work and paint work here in the area. We strive to get things right the first time, and we do provide a 1 yr warranty on all installation work. We rarely have to do repair jobs though!
