What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our Prices include the following: 1. Demolition of existing carpet (and haul away) 2. Free Furniture moving 3. New padding 4. New Carpet 5. Free Installation (as fast as 2 days from time of order) . 6. Tax

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 1: We come to your home and bring samples. During this time we will also measure the home and tell you the square footage and give you a quote on the spot. Step 2: Once a carpet is chosen, we can select an installation date within 1-5 business days (or further out if customer is not ready). Step 3: We will install all of the carpet in one day!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our estimators and sales managers have been in the carpet industry for years. We are always keeping up with the latest trends and technology within our industry to be one step ahead of our competition.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a second generation flooring expert. My Dad raised me sweeping floors and always around the construction site. When I was 19 he hired me as a full time project manager and I haven't left the business since!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We serve anyone in the Austin area looking for residential or commercial carpet!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently received a phone call from a realtor who needed carpet in a hurry because her other carpet company dropped the ball and never showed to install the new carpet. She was desperately trying to get this listing ready for the market and could not put the home on the MLS until the carpet was replaced. She called us on a Tuesday and we measured that Tuesday afternoon. We ordered the carpet that evening and she had new carpet installed Thursday! The realtor called to thank us and said we blew away her expectations. We were lower priced, highly quality and much more customer serviced focused than any other company she had ever worked with before. In the end everyone was happy and it was a win-win for the realtor & home owner!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When comparing prices between competitors make sure the carpet's are apples to apples when it comes to Ounce Weight and Stain Resistance. Because we are a mobile company with low overhead we have amazing prices that cannot be beat.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure the quote you receiving from competitors includes padding and tax. Our prices are very straight forward and include everything and most companies will tack on extra fees for removing old carpet and taxes to any prices they quote you. We keep it simple and when we say $2.49, we mean $2.49!
