Introduction

We are a family owned & operated company who has been in business about 8 years. We are female and minority owned. We specialize in concrete works, such as decorative concrete - pavers, spray deck, overlays, stamped concrete, staining/painting concrete, epoxy, & etc., hardscape, excavation, pool installation & flat work. However, what sets us a part is that we can adequately and efficiently do many things. Other services are landscaping, tree cutting, home remodels, interior and exterior painting, installing fences, and small electrical and plumbing repairs. We are a small company with big dreams, and we are motivated to be successful and to build, not just our reputation, but a brand. We are communicative, open minded, creative, and we are flexible most everyone's needs and budgets. We are excited to assist with any upcoming projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer military, senior and new customer discounts. Additionally, prices will vary depending on the size and type of work. All estimates are free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet with them in person, if possible, go over the details of the project, then answer any questions they may have, and do our best to keep them updated from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has been doing concrete work, decorative and traditional flatwork, installation, excavation, pool installation, and outdoor oasis projects for 8+ years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Like most people in the skilled & trades industries, our family taught us, who were taught from generations before them. The family has been doing concrete work well over 60 years, but our company only the last 8.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with everyone. Residential & commercial. We will work with private owners, GC's, builders, etc., if there is work and projects available, no matter how big or small, we will do it all, we will go.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked on a project that is considered to be part of Old East Dallas. It was a driveway that is 1700 square feet, plus 2 parking spots, and steps that cascade out. We completed it in the cold and in 2 1/2 day with a crew of just 4. Everyone had the flu. The homeowners were incredible, and we really pulled together as a team.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't look for the best price. You can always find a better deal, but you can't always get the best quality. You have to really know what matters to you, and what you want. Be as open and honest as you can about project details.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The timeline? When they want to begin, when they want to be finished by. Permits? Does your area require them. Weather, will the weather impact completion of the project? Price, what is the bottom line. Needs/wants, they have to be sure and have a clear vision of what they need, what they can budget for, and what they want, and be able to effectively communicate that information. Also, availability; are they available to talk, address concerns, issues, and overall able and available for regular communication for the duration of the project?
