What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At MegaCrew we provide a full detailed estimate, which reflects the total estimated cost of the project including, materials, labor, accessories and addons, this is to make sure our customers have a transparent and clear understanding of all the cost of the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We at MegaCrew first obtain basic information on the project, perform a detailed estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With MegaCrew, there is no guess work, instead our customers know exactly what is going on around their projects.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am the owner of MegaCrew, I have three degrees PhD in Project Management, MS in Construction Project Management, and BS in Civil Engineering. I also do have an extensive experience in construction projects both commercial and residential projects. I appreciate this opportunity to introduce my company and services to you and express my eagerness to bid any future projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After working for employers over the years, I decided to finally start my own business in Construction and Remodeling so I could provide clients with high quality services.

We have worked with just about everyone. Having worked for years in Texas then in the heart of Houston – We have worked with an array of people. Everyone’s case is unique in its own way - We never ask what anyone’s profession or career is.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have worked on many important projects throughout my career. What's really crucial for me when starting one is to get very clear on the goals right at the start and then create a plan with milestones. I also like dealing with the most difficult parts of the projects early on—that way in case there are any significant issues, I'll still have a nice amount of time to complete before the deadline. I also typically break down large tasks into smaller chunks, so that it is easier to know where to start. Detailed planning is very important to ensure an important project goes smoothly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating then working with a contractor that you can’t ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.
