Get to know and develop a relationship with the customer so that I can tailor my process to provide them with the best service possible.

IICRC certified in Trauma, fire, carpet repairs, water damage, structural drying.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with a national carpet cleaning and restoration company over 10 years ago. I was a technician for 5 years. I was then promoted to GM for our Seattle office for the past 5 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. I can easily adapt to your needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Another restoration company did a water loss. They cut 2 carpet seams in which the carpet was next to destroyed. The customer was very upset and thought she would have to replace the carpets. I was able to fix both seams and save the customer $$$.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research. Use your best judgement. Try to get to know the contractor and see if that company can help you with your needs.
