JVA Home Care is a family-owned and operated business that began in 2017. We’ve always believed in taking care of customers the way we want to be treated. We are dedicated to making your home or business the next level of cleanliness and beauty, with the best home update, cleaning and landscaping services in the area, focused on saving you time and money. Quality is one of our greatest strengths as a company, always looking for the customer's happiness! Our main office is located in Sterling, Virginia. However, we service most of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Our business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. We also offer Saturday cleaning by appointment and we are available 7 days a week for emergencies. We are licensed and insured. We are also vaccinated for Covid-19.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are probably not the lowest one but we do have the experience, licenses, bond and insurance to make sure your project will be up to codes for a competitive price

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Depending on the customer and their situation we will come over to the home and check out the home and price accordingly. For cleaning service we charge 2 ladies $70 per hr for both of them.

More than 12 years building, updating and fixing homes

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We start doing some handyman work to some friends, and get a lot of jobs from friends and family While I was fixing things my wife was cleaning and we decided to create a business to cover cleaning service, landscaping and home care

We work with investor Took care of everything. New landscaping, new hardscaping and home remodeling

I would tell them to look at the reviews and make sure that they are good and ask for references.

The customers should be clear on what projects they have on mind There is a lot of information online about material prices and labor, every business is different and do different things. Our goal is to cover everything you need in your home inside and outside We can help you build a new patio, deck, sidewalk, porch wall or anything else outside also we can add a new room to your home or update your home with new tiles or wood floors, new paint, cabinets, countertops, etc Also we provide cleaning service for one time, every one , two, 3 weeks or every month
