unfold fold
I either charge an hourly rate or a set price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First, we ask for pictures and details before arriving so we are prepared before we arrive for our first in person consultation. We then stop by for an in person consultation and assess damages and provide estimates all at no cost. After we agree to a budget, we typically ask for 20-30% of the cost up front for material costs, provide the clients with receipts than proceed to do great work!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A client from Spotsylvania, Virginia contacted us through Thumbtack, requested us to repair their outdoor unit that she mentioned was making a lot of noise and was also outdated. We arrived the very next day for a consultation. We agreed to replaced the 3000 sq ft property with a 3 ton Goodman outdoor unit as well as the electric hot water heater. We removed the older unit which needed major repairs and was old enough to offer a complete installation for a guaranteed unbeatable price.
