What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I ask for customer information such as their name, address, phone number, and email. Then I ask for the kind of work they desire and permission to get the measurements in square feet or square yards of the requested area. Square feet is for tile and wood, square yards is for carpet and vinyl. After the measurements are complete, I send my estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to the Union School for Carpeting for 3 years. I have 30 years of experience working with any kind of flooring.

I started doing this type of work by working for a commercial company in installation. I improved over the years and have gained experience.

I have worked with all types of customers such as contractors, designers, superintendents, etc.

I am fond of a commercial project that took 2 months with 30,000 square yards.

You should hire someone with a lot of experience and good ratings. They should be experienced with a wide range of flooring installation types. In addition, You should hire a professional who values the quality of installation.
