What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most of our job's base of the square footage, and difficulty of every job. We do offer package deals and holiday discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call, book an appointment for a Estimate, Do an in-home consultation, gather all information needed to create an estimate for the customer. Come to an agreement Perform the project in a nice manner and time frame Finish the project and make sure our new customer is happy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Well long story short, Our team is in continues training to stay on top of latest industry standards Our people are bilingual Our Project Manager, has quite a few skill, computer Eng. which help with marketing and any Tech related topics, Business Management knowledge, customer services, an old to modern school of carpentry and flooring craftsman work. So overall our team is very well prepared for almost any task that can come along the way in any Project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

One thing led to another, between high school and college, got different jobs while in school to pay for things, and at some point got more interested in the wood flooring industry that kept growing and become a really good source of knowledge and income, while along the way getting-learning others skills that area really helpful.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We do work almost with everybody, home owners, general contractors, interior designers, realtors, and anybody that wants and values and appreciates our hard and detailed work, also always showing mutual respect!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Almost all of our work is nice and interested, and usually simple and small job can take around 3 days, other take 1 to 2 weeks, because some are a process.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If the looking for hard workers, with Quality standards, respectful, real experience and control on their filed and almost the best, then we we'll be glad to help.
