Pricing is always flexible, and we will match other prices depending on product and service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first introduce ourselves and ask the necessary questions to pin point what kind of floor you want installed. After agreement we schedule a time to start and finish the project around the client's schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been installing floors for 15 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner started installing floors at the age of 21 in California. From major projects to residential homes, he learned how to work around every stage of a project's building stage. He moved to Washington where he could start Pacific Flooring Inc, a family owned business that is ready to help install your next floor!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with many customers over 15 years. From commercial contractors, to small homes with a simple carpet replacement. We are highly experienced and ready for any project, custom or standard!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our most recent project involves being able to help customers finance their projects. After years of working in the industry we are now able to offer more options!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We recommend sticking to the company that asks the most questions. The more questions they ask, the more experienced they are. They ask questions based on past experiences.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think through what type of flooring they need. Make sure you know your budget, and time frame they need the project done by. Colors are a personal subject, the customer should make sure that their are many colors and trends to consider!
