We offer FREE Interior Design Consultations and FREE Estimates. Anything from floor and wall coverings to kitchen and bathroom remodels. If we bid on your project, that means we took the time to carefully evaluate whatever information you have put in your request. We've been into this business for more than 30 years and we do everything, including full home remodels. Another important aspect - the more information you have in your project description, the more accurate the bid would be. If your project says 500-1000 sq ft, we will assume 750 sq ft and bid on that. Bids are not final - our interior designers will talk to you and make accurate measurements on your space.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We sometimes run sales and promotions, if the project is bigger we can also add discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After connecting, we schedule an appointment for free estimate and interior design consultation. After agreeing on a project cost, customer makes a deposit for 50% of the cost and the rest is paid in full after the project is completed to full satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We hold General Contractor license for Washington state and are fully bonded and insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started by flipping houses, now we offer the same services for other customers. We do have a lot of experience in any type of home improvement projects.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all customers, residential and commercial, small and big. We mainly focus on turnkey full home remodels for single family homes.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure whoever you hire would not leave you hanging in the middle of the project. Ask many questions BEFORE you commit.
