my pricing is based on sqft most of the time for flat work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try get to know them a little, then find out what the need is. I will always make suggestions but altimately will go with what the customer is comfortable with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained on the job. then went through an apprenticeship program for the cement Mason union.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

started on and off working for people I knew doing concrete after high school. learned from them and eventually going out on my own. later join the cement Mason union local 528. learned a lot there as well. I like to say that I've mastered the craft.

All types, from home owners to home builders and commercial outfits.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure you do your homework. know what you want but don't be afraid of the expert's ideas if he or she gives gives them.
