What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We typically bill per project but can also charge an hourly rate. Our hourly rate is $ / hour / person. (So if a job requires 2 people, they will both be billed at the hourly rate).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to gather as much information as needed to provide an accurate estimate. (We don't want you guessing!) From there, once a customer pays a small deposit, we finalize our team schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our employees are vetted, trained, and insured!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a new Christian-impact company seeking to work for the Good of Birmingham! We do this work because we love people and want to see them thrive.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds! We started as a company helping aging adults stay in their home longer, but have found that our services are also helpful for busy families, single mothers, and just about anyone with a "To Do List!"

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my favorites is when we helped a neighbor with a new rodent infestation. Another exterminator company was going to charger her over FOUR THOUSAND dollars! We were able to save her over three thousand dollars while doing a more thorough job. We are not exterminators, but we love finding all the ways we can to help our neighbors!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The cheapest cost is not always the best value. Find a partner you trust!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Every project is different, so it depends! We like starting with the goal in mind and working backwards. We'd love to help you with any project you might have!
