300-350$ a month for weekly lawncare fine garden maintenance or biweekly/once a month if in oakland berkeley richmond San leandro (east bay) if in SF or callejo 350-400$ 50% off for 2 months for every client you refer who signs on. .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

need to get a picture of what they want and apply my expertise.

lots of years working love what I do. going on a decade now!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

had to drop out or college for seizures and migraines and discovered I prefer being outside, not in a lab.

residential and commercial farmers. large 5000+sq ft areas land clearing and mulching and residential veggie gardens maintenance pruning irrigation system leaks etc etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

moved 10 yards of mulch for a rose farmer in Oakland and pruned his bamboo forest hedge. great property.

ask what tools they have and describe exactly what you need.
