What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we consult the customer over the phone to grt job scope. We then visit the job site to evaluate the job scope & grt customer input. Depending on the job, we then write a proposal with materials, labor & job scope. Once job is complete we then walk through the completed job with customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years of on the job experience, starting with lawn care. Then I am going to school for Horticulture to learn about plant health. I also have a CA State C-27 Landscape license

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was 16 at my grandfather's landscape company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All sorts of clients from very friendly to nor so friendly. Each client we treat with respect & kind no.matter how hard it is.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We re-did a patio for one of our clients. she was ripped off by another contractor. she put full faith in us and we got it done. She saw the patio and cried out of excitement and happiness. I always remember that moment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask the right questions, do not feel weird to ask questions. Our job is to listen and bring your imagination to life.
