Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Please do not schedule book me unless the job is paying no less than 200. I am sorry for this inconvenience but I am simply charged too much for this feature. Thank you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I try and get to know my customers as well as I can that way I will be able to recommend the best product for their project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Certified in flooring installation and am currently working towards my bachelors in construction management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started as a painter and soon worked my way to home remodeling. I’ve gained many contacts over the years and am now able to take on full home remodels.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I mainly work with home owners but I do commercial work from time to time as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently did a full remodel for a couple that had just gotten married, this job was awesome for me because it was a surprise for his wife. I swapped out the cabinets for a new set of handmade solid oak wood with an epoxy finish, all new appliances, we knocked down the center wall to connect the living room with the kitchen which gave it a more open feel, then we finished with brand new vinyl wood planks for the floor. My clients were so happy they almost cried. This project reminded me how much I love my job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The advice I would give would be to ask all of your questions don’t be shy, and to ask for before and after photos of their work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with restaurant owners, realtors, airbnb managers, I’ve done some work for the city of Clearwater, and of course my residential home owners tend to keep me the busiest! Haha
