Introduction

We work with our clients to make their vision a reality. Our goal is to craft a space that utilizes the components of the clients vision while considering the views, intimate atmosphere, and functionality of the outdoor space. We are a company that offers many aspects of gardening indoors and out. The cost of a consult will be credited back to you if you use us for an install! No job too big or too small!!!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Consults typically are $60 for an hour and $25 each additional half hour. Quick sketch prices are decided after seeing and talking with the client. Full and half yard designs are also determined at the time of the consult. Maintenance would also be discussed on a case by case based dependent on the clients needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We first like to set up a phone call to find out the needs of the client. From there we go meet with them at their home to walk and talk about their visions for their landscaping. We have a standard list of questions that we ask of our clients to determine there visions, needs and style. At the end of the consult we give them our opinion of the best course of action.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I (Lori) started as a master gardener for the state of GA 20 years ago. I then perused a certification with the state of GA called Georgia Green Industry Association (GGIA). I was a co-teacher for the GGIA for a large box store after passing the test myself. I furthered my knowledge and went back to school to study garden design and horticulture. I have worked for a whole sale nusery, retail nursery and now my own business. My business partner (Matthew) owned his own lawn care and maintenance business in South Georgia. He then moved to the Atlanta area where he worked for the largest retail nursery in the country as an assistant store manager and is also GGIA certified. He has also worked for a whole sale nusery distribution in the north Georgia area.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How do you see yourself utilizing the areas of your outdoor space? Consider children, pets and wildlife. What colors do they not like? Do you like pastel colors, bright colors or just simply white? Are there plants that you are found of?
