We are a family owned company who has been in business for over 25 years. We listen to our customers wants and needs and work hard to make sure they are happy and satisfied with the job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We feel that are prices are very fair. Every job is different and we work with our clients and their budgets to make the project work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first like to make contact over the phone and set up a time to meet. We like to put a face with a name we feel its better for the client to get to know us and who we are and what we are all about.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have done every type of landscape project there is multiple times. So when we bid a job and or look at a job with the experience we have we come up with a plan the client likes and execute the project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started the business 25 years ago. John Sr and John Jr started doing landscaping on the weekends. The company has since grown to over 10 employees and 3 crews on the road daily.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all different types of customers. We work with commercial and residential customers and property managers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We enjoy doing landscape lighting because the end product makes your house, walkways and trees look beautiful. When it gets dark early its nice to have the low voltage glow light around your house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers should first make sure the contractor has proper insurance so they don't get stuck with a liability. They should also make sure they have experience and the proper equipment and tools to do your job properly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should first have an idea of what they are looking for and somewhat of a budget. In Landscaping there are many different products and sizes and prices that range all over the board.
