There hasn’t been a single project we couldn’t install or design. We are local and professional. Great around families and pets. And respectful of neighbors. We have decades experience, but were being mistreated by other contractors, so we decided to start our own company and be better. To treat people with respect and not taking advantage of others is one of our principle values.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We believe our pricing is more than fair. Most times we don’t turn a profit on materials. What do we mean? Whenever possible, we order locally from within the customers sites, or we order from a very nearby source on our way to you. But sometimes, rarely….the customer lives an hour or more away in the middle of nowhere. These rare cases we do have to charge for our gas and mileage and delivery. We’ve worked for years with same suppliers so we get best prices around.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is very simple and straightforward. It begins with visiting your property. After hearing your needs and wants we work in collaboration with your ideas. Take some measurements and most times give you a quote onsite other times we email you a bid. If completely necessary then we bring on a designer whom we’ve installed for on the side many times. Countless times.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Besides heavy machinery, all our training has come by experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

All our employees including owner have decades experience. We started our own company because we felt we weren’t valued and respected at the “prestigious big name companies” we came from.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We don’t like labels. So all I can say is we’ve done projects from $800-$150,000. We will never and have never tried to offer a client something just for money. We work with everyone and their own budgets. We strive to help you, not sell to you.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have enjoyed all our projects. Big and small. They all range from a single day to a few weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Best advice, ask questions. Make sure you take some time, shop around for best estimates that suit your budget. Ask if they are insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Timeline and expectations. Ask yourself “why do I want this project?” “What is the purpose of my vision?” “Functionality or aesthetics?”
