What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are flexible but I have to be fair to myself as well as the guys that work for me . We provide you with work that won’t need to be revisited , guarantee solid finishes . “If you think I’m expensive , try paying for it twice!”

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Worked for multiple companies and obtained plenty of knowledge , as well as skill , along the way .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

An opportunity through a friends uncle , they took me to San Francisco to fully renovate 148 units . Learned electrical , LVP flooring , cabinets , countertops , backsplash , painting , sheet rock , plumbing and a few other skills along the way . I’ve been in construction for 8 years now and running my company 3 years .

What types of customers have you worked with?

A wide variety ; Teachers Doctors Daycares Churches Happy Mad Sad Etc. I’m more than qualified to work with any customer in need !

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Full renovation , scope was already locked in but the customer decides to throw in last minute projects , I still got all of the projects completed and completed correctly by the time the realtor was ready to list .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you get a feel for your contractor , you will get a sense rather or not he/she knows what they’re doing .

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Mainly , whatever decision you decide to make , your the one that will have to live with it .
