On site estimate fee is $0.50 a mile plus $20 an hour trip.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Inspect the garden. Make a inventory. Meeting for take costumer’s wants and needs. Decide stays and take offs. Analyze opportunities to improve the garden. Create 3 concepts to present the customer. keeping always in costumer’s budget. Present a estimate to the costumer. Make changes of concepts with costumer recommendations. Present Final concept. Sign up a contract. Work in project always doing my best.

Landscape Designer New York Botanical Garden Certified, background in Ecuador Agronomist Engineer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Because of my background I was hired for a Ecuadorian governmental institución in charge of build publics parks and gardens.

Create a FULL SERVICE LANDSCAPE COMPANY “Green roofs, terraces, patios, balconies, decks, and vertical gardens design, planting and maintenance company” named TRANSICIONES, Inc in New York City This project took me 2 months.
