What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Lawn Mowing and Lawn Cutting varies depending on size & terrain. Our Current Customer price variation is $30-120 depending on the lawn.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We receive a call/request for Lawn Mowing, Lawn Cutting, Mulch, Leaf Removal, etc. and talk about the customer needs. We like to do Estimates based off of a home visit, but will sometimes do Estimates from just the customers explanation. After the customer approves the Estimate, we begin work asap. Once work is complete and Invoice will be sent out and should be paid within 30 days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 17 years in the industry and as the saying goes 'You learn something new everyday'. Its always great working in this field getting to know new customers and landscapes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have done Landscaping since I was 13yrs old going down my street with a push mower. Also helping my neighbor with his local landscape company. He taught me different techniques and as I got older have managed to make a childhood job into my career and my own business. We now maintain over 1,200 residents per month.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers some just want a lawn cut and others want whole property maintenance and complete landscape design. Every customers job is unique and we give the highest quality possible to see the best results!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love doing new landscape design and creating a new look for properties. I like talking with customers and deciding on what plants/shrubs they like for the new look.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure they are Licensed and Insured. Always ask for recent pictures of jobs complete. Ask for references if available.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When do I want the project done? What types of plants do I like.? What colors do I want in my landscape? Do I want native plants, Perennials, annuals, trees, shrubs, etc.? Will my project need monthly or yearly maintenance?
