Introduction

Please do NOT utilize instant booking for me. The lead costs are ungodly high. Just reach out normally and we will get back to you asap. Thank you very much!! Now to my Intro. Hello! We’re EcoLumina Solutions, and we’re eager to provide you with exceptional, professional outdoor services. A quick tip: When selecting lights for your project, keep in mind that lead costs can add up. Choosing 1 or 2 lights is often enough to get you connected with a pro at a lower cost. I’m Allen, the owner, and I bring over 20 years of experience in the outdoor industry to every project. My expertise spans irrigation, landscape lighting, equipment operation, landscape design and installation, hardscape design and installation, small tree trimming, and more. Specializing in irrigation and lighting, I’m confident in my ability to deliver the results you’re looking for. As a family-owned business, we’re dedicated to providing quality over quantity in every job we do. We’re excited to bring our friendly and professional services to you, and we look forward to helping you achieve your outdoor goals!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We won’t be your cheapest but we won’t be your most expensive. I will say though, we will probably be your best pick. What we don’t know,we can and most likely will, figure out a solution. We are a, “ where there’s a will, there’s a way” kind of professionals. We do offer senior discounts and military discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
You call us and we will set up a time to come talk and meet with the client. At that point we will establish what is best and/or possible to achieve/exceed success and expectations. Then we will give a quote either on-site or later with 24 to 48 hrs. Once approved we will start the process. If it’s onsite we can usually do the work right then and there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have decades of on the job training, trial and error and education through conferences and schooling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got into the business at a young age looking for summer work. Ended up loving working outdoors so I stayed with it. Took on many challenges so I could learn as much as possible. I’ve always enjoyed working with my brain and hands.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with all different sorts of clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I am quite fond of all my projects. Each one is unique or thought and time put into.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Never go off the price to pick your technician or contractor. More often than not, you get what you pay for. Keep in mind years of experience is very helpful and nice but can sometimes become a day to day for them. Talk with your contractor and get a feel for them. Try to find some “word of mouth” if your not sure. But always shop around. And trust your better judgment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
We’d recommend asking what you need to. No description of a problem is not worth mentioning. As you would a mechanic, except maybe minus the sound effects. “Haha”. As much info as possible can help us diagnose the problem and speed up the repairs. We don’t expect the clients to know what we do about there systems. So any and all info that a client feels compelled to want to know, they should ask.
