Luis obtained his Masters degree in Agriculture and Horticulture. He has a Turf & Ornamental pesticide license by The Texas Department of Agriculture, since 2006. Luis has resided in Katy, TX, with his wife and two kids, for over 20 years; fifteen of those years being spent on the lawn, applying weed control and fertilizer, as well as specializing in horticulture health programs specifically for trees and shrubs (NO TRIMMING OR CUTTING SERVICES, ONLY TREATMENTS FOR THE HEALTH OF THE TREES & SHRUBS). His extensive experience in the industry includes work on golf courses, applications on commercial and industrial properties, large residential communities throughout Houston, Katy, Richmond and Fulshear, TX, as well as government projects for the City of Houston.
