What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We keep things simple and straightforward. Once we receive your message, we’ll review the details and follow up as soon as possible to ask any necessary questions or schedule a visit. From there, we’ll provide a clear estimate and timeline, and keep you updated every step of the way.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with a wide range of customers, from young professionals, families, retirees, and property managers. We have worked on studio apartments, offices, and homes of all sizes with the same care and detail. No matter who we work with, our focus stays the same - clear communication, quality work, and respect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our favorite recent projects was a full kitchen renovation that took just about one month from start to finish. The space was in rough shape—outdated, with damaged floors from water and mold, worn-out vinyl, and poor lighting throughout. The plumbing had seen multiple unsuccessful repairs, and the layout didn’t make the most of the available space. By the end, the transformation was dramatic. We installed sleek, soft-close cabinets, a new island that improved both function and flow, five new dimmable light fixtures, and installed a new stove/oven combination to match the rest of the kitchen. The result is now a modern, more functional, and beautiful kitchen ready for daily use. As part of working with this customer, we also replaced 13 old single-pane windows with brand new energy efficient double-pane windows in a single day. The improved insulation and updated look added immediate value and comfort to the home and homeowners.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
You should look for someone who communicates clearly, listens to your needs, and respects your space. It always helps to have a general idea of what you want done, but a good provider will help guide you through the details. Be open about your expected timeline, and any concerns you may have. We are here to work with you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
We always recommend thinking through these basics before reaching out: -What kind of work are you looking to have done? -Is there a general timeline you’d like the work completed by? -Are there any known issues we should be aware of (leaks, damage, code concerns)? -Will we have easy access to the space during the project? Of course, we can work with as little or as much detail as you can provide. Even if you’re unsure of the details, giving us a clear starting point helps us provide faster, more accurate estimates, and ensures your project gets moving as smoothly as possible.
