We strive to be competitive in our pricing, and give you the most value possible for your project. We don't work like a regular architectural firm that charges 5-10% of your project's value - we charge per project, and will save you thousands compared to most others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get the scope of your project, your goals, your budget. We put together a scope of work and get you pricing. If that looks good, we like to meet at the property and review things together, in person. Then our design team takes over and starts to make your vision a reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has experience and degrees in civil engineering, home design, and business management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our founding partners started out in civil engineering and construction management 25 years ago, right out of school. Jobs took them all over the country until about 15 years ago when they settled into Southern California, where they've been ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of our jobs are residential projects, and do a lot of work with ADUs, remodels, and property development. We also have a lot of work for commercial customers doing tenant improvements and multi-family projects.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently helped a customer complete an SB9 Lot Split, then designed homes for each new lot, each with an ADU attached. It was great to see it all take shape and we were really excited about the plans we delivered. The lot split took us 2 months, and the architectural and structural plans took us another 6-8 weeks.
