Installing 4 Navien NPE240A2 units for a small apartment complex that has had issues with hot water in the past.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I won't work with a customer unless they are 100% sure I'm the right tech, right company and it's the right price for them

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

research pricing. times have changed and it's hard for us as contractors too. we try to give the best prices we can but with prices for supply going up so does our prices.
