Pricing varies from project to project. we need to assess each project individually to prepare an official proposal for a client. For preliminary inquiry's and homeowners who are still early in the process we typically provide rough estimations based on our initial conversation/call. that way they can better prepare and adjust their needs and wants accordingly.

Our typical work flow when a customer is interested in working together consists of a initial consultation, which we do via zoom/video call to get as much details as possible about the project and go over the clients needs. The next step is to schedule a time for one of our team members to come by the property to take measurements and go over any details we may have missed. Once completed, we prepare a preliminary proposal for the client to review, and make any changes needed until we reach the desired goal.

Earlier this year we have completed a truly one of a kind kitchen renovation, featuring a massive 10'x6' island with a stove, custom two tone cabinetry with a lot of unique features (water station for dogs), pot filler in the island, hidden door etc. there were some obstacles we had to overcome that weren't known to us during the planning phase, but we couldn't be more proud of the outcome.

The best advice I can give to a customer looking to do any project, small or large is good planning, asking a lot of questions and preparing for unexpected events during the remodel. "Roll with the punches" is a great way to handle any construction project.

Few of the key factors to consider are: 1) Timeframe: how is the professionals availability come together with your timeline for the project. 2) Can what I want to do for my project even be accomplished within reason (most things CAN be accomplished, but the prices isn't always worth it) 3) Any questions about method of operations, concerns and problems you may think your project can encounter. Keeping in mind that the contractor is here to partner with you on your project is key. The more you work as a team, the easier the process gets.
