Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I provide free estimates I create a budget that’s fair for everybody. I do not charge for material pick ups and I do not mark up fixtures and finish material.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to have a candid conversation about the scope of the project in mind, meet on site measure and discuss layout, as well as the finishes that are desired. After all this has been gathered. I like to discuss timeline work hours and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I worked for a large commercial construction company for about 10 years as a superintendent, later on a project manager. Building high end residential and commercial construction projects. I gained insight into client, expectations, timeline delivery and exceeding quality and craftsmanship. I was lucky enough to be able to take on custom side projects with the same company doing metal fabrication, framing, custom cabinetry tile work and concrete work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Even as a young man, I’ve always had a passion for building things with my hands, finding solutions to problems and bringing designs to fruition.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I do a lot of work for families, elderly, and all walks of life. I enjoy the diversity of my client Base. I really enjoy meeting with new people and getting to know them through the building process.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We completed a beautiful master shower remodel with mosaic tile in the center in line with the niche and polished Carrera marble tile. This job took approximately two weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
First and foremost, make sure they’re licensed insured and bonded. Be open to discussing your design, express every detail.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Have examples of the designs in mind as well as finishes. Think about a good time to do the project and a timeline that works for them.
