My price is reasonable and is based on the time it takes me to do the work. I also consider the price that other professionals normally charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Firs, I listen to what they need. Then, I explain the process of my work to ensure that at the end of the project they are satisfied with the work I have done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have gained the knowledge of the laws and the necessary experience required by the state of California to be certified as a general contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family has always worked in construction and when I was a teenager, I started working with them at the age of 15, after that I specialized in everything related to Drywall, such as sound insulation, installation of Drywall, smooth finishes and different kinds of textures and designs. I also have experience in general construction/kitchen remodeling/bathroom remodeling/new additions.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers that since the beginning they have had a clearly idea of how they wanted their project to be completed and customers who asked for my professional opinion to complete their project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project was drywall installation, finish, paint and a waterproof shower in a room addition. It took me two week to complete this project and the customer was very happy with the results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To ask more than one professional about their work process so they can make sure who offers the best quality of work so that it lasts a long time.

Are the professionals licensed or approved by the state? What kind of warranty do they offer?
