. We have two options: Fast track: Work at an hourly rate, customer reimburses for material costs. . Traditional: I come provide and estimate, Estimates are charged for as nothing is guaranteed.

. Licensed General Contractor (California) . Licensed Rel Estate Agent (California) . Building Inspector Certificates and work experience (ICC) . Construction Management College education

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Grew up in a Construction Family. Started worked at age 5 in Ireland doing light tasks.

What types of customers have you worked with?

. An Array of clients. Have been a part of work on residential homes ranging in price from $500,000 to $120,000,000

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

. It is very important to hire a Licensed Contractor. An unlicensed Contractor can not bid on a job over $500 Legally. I have inspected many jobs where an unlicensed Contractor was hired because they had a better price point. In the end the work caused many problems. Going this route can lead to injury, and extreme financial burdens. I have been hired many times to fix unlicensed Contractors work who have skipped town.

. What am I looking for . Does my budget match my vision . How serious am i about this Project? (Thumbtack charges Professionals a lot of money to connect with Clients)
