We would need to set up an in home consultation to discuss the project before i can give them an accurate quote. Once I know all the project details then i can send them an estimate.

I have been in the Remodeling/Building industry for 7 years and have pass all tests to obtain my Contractor license. I am license to build home from the ground up so that being said i can pull permits for anything.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started back in 2011 by purchasing a destroyed property, i remodel it and sold it. i did quite a few of those thru out the years alway with high quality finished, every single house i purchase, remodel and resale would only last one day on the market because of the quality of the finish product.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
i have work with all types and kind of customers and always make sure everything gets done to meet their expectations regardless if i have to redo something they didn't like or if they wanted done a different way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Most of my projects are basement finishes and that usually takes about 8-10 weeks to get completed. Also Re-roofs and they typically take 2 days to get done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure they are license, insure and Local. Make sure its a company that its registered with the State. by taking this steps there are better chances that a bogus contractor wont disappear with your money and get the work done up to code.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
