What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Typically we fall “middle of the road” on pricing. Anyone who has honorably served in the United States Armed forces (current/honorably discharged/retired) gets a 10% discount. After you get a quote, we’ll ask or you can mention it then.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

General contacting apprentice before working my way up to running my own jobs for 20+ years. When my uncle passed I started out on my own with a lot of knowledge

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started doing remodeling with my uncle summers during high school, and went full time after 2 semesters in college. (Not a classroom kind of guy). Sadly he passed away. I’ve picked up the torch and am trying to keep his legacy alive through my company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of Residential homeowners.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Speak with several providers, ask how long they have been in the industry, and look at photos of their work. Remember….when was the last time you bought the cheapest item possible and were completely happy with it? Doesn’t have to be the most expensive, but quality work should be in the middle.
