My primary focus is to make sure when you hire a handyman that communication, integrity and value are delivered. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically will come out for a free same day estimate. Some jobs we can get you an estimate over the phone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Technicians that are vetted for their skills and insured and bonded. This protects the employees as well as the homeowner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up working as a contractor to pay my way through school. After decades in the technology business, I decided to do what I love and that is helping people. TruBlue is an organization that provides professional home services with top notch communication, execution and guaranteed customer service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work a lot with seniors aging in place. Also, busy adults that don't have time to maintain their home properly. According to the NAHB, the average home has 22 items that need to be fixed, maintained or replaced. We work with homeowners to protect their largest asset, the home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the handyman in your home are licensed and insured and have gone through a background check.
