What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A typical process for working with new customers is the initial reach out by phone, scheduled appointment for consultation, 24-48 hour contract turn-around.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 20 years in various trades including but not limited to: framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, sheetrock, taping, painting, trim, doors/windows, etc.....

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a young man with a will and a way I started my own landscape company, folded a lawn mower and trimmer into the back of my Chevy Corsica with a handheld blower, and yes people laughed at me - it was kinda funny. A few years later I had built a business with 45 lawn accounts, 2 trucks, and multiple employees. Quickly learning winters were tough for landscaping here in CT, I began migrating my business towards trades that would be needed all year round .....The rest is history!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people. As a contractor I look at a variety of jobs each and every week and meet new people on a daily basis. We aim to meet each customer where their at and provide a peaceful and definitive solution for their project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Paint Tec, LLC recently remodeled two full bathrooms for a customer. The first bath was off the master bedroom, a full gut & remodel, completed in 2 weeks to the day! We transitioned into the bigger main bathroom, full gut and remodel, completed in 4 weeks. Two Bathrooms - 6 weeks - super happy customers...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Spend time reviewing companies and try to find the right fit. Good reviews mean a lot but like everything else bad reviews are not always reliable. Go with your gut, if you feel you have a connection with who your talking with, it's probably not wrong. Be sure to sign a reputable contract holding both parties to the desired agreement....
