What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Our pricing is transparent and based on detailed estimates: We provide detailed cost estimates to our customers, outlining all of the expenses that are associated with the project. We believe in transparency, so our customers always know exactly what they are paying for.
-We offer competitive pricing: We work hard to offer competitive pricing that is in line with industry standards. While we may not always be the cheapest option, we believe that our pricing is fair and reflective of the high-quality work that we provide.
-We may offer discounts for certain projects: Depending on the scope and scale of the project, we may offer discounts to our customers. We always consider the unique needs and circumstances of each project when determining pricing.
-We may charge fees for certain services: In some cases, we may charge additional fees for services that fall outside of the scope of the initial estimate. However, we always communicate these fees clearly to our customers before any work is performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Initial consultation: We schedule an initial consultation with the customer to discuss their project needs, budget, and timeline. During this meeting, we also take the time to get to know the customer and their vision for the project.
-Site visit and assessment: We visit the project site to assess the scope of work and identify any potential challenges or opportunities. We also take measurements and gather information to inform our cost estimate.
-Detailed cost estimate: Based on the information gathered during the consultation and site visit, we prepare a detailed cost estimate that outlines all of the expenses associated with the project. We take the time to explain each item in the estimate and answer any questions the customer may have.
-Contract review and signing: Once the customer has reviewed and approved the cost estimate, we prepare a contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and other important details. We review the contract with the customer and make any necessary revisions before finalizing and signing.
-Project planning and execution: With the contract in place, we begin the planning and execution phase of the project. This involves coordinating with subcontractors, securing necessary permits, ordering materials, and managing the construction process from start to finish.
