What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our costs proposals are based on the project scope and our knowledge, experience and Florida Code construction technical requirements, but we are willing discuss and evaluate the estimate with customer, clarifying doubts, being able to cost adjusts based on reasonable observations and modifications in the scope of the Project for adjust it to your budget. As well, we do special discount if the customer approves several types of construction project or refer another client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our working process start after we received the project requirement by Thumbtack app, we immediately reaching the customer to know and for clarify all scope and agree a visit inspection. Once we meet us know all project details, scope and conditions, our estimator elaborate the proposal quote and send it to him by email for his review and approval. Always keeping communication with customer response any questions or concerns regarding our estimate, doing the necessary adjust or modification based on reasonable observations and modifications in Project scope to satisfy the customer asking and expectations. After the quote approval by signed, we agree the execution plan and contract conditions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Based on wide needs of Florida construction marked and our work team with years of experience in all kinds of maintenance and construction industrial, residential and commercial work, in 2019 we decide and had the opportunity to organize our company to manage and offer our service specialize in repairs, remodeling and restoration, assuring the customers satisfaction and our business growing in the construction world.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We´ve worked residential and commercial owner customers, managing the project construction with own financial resources and with insurance companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we executed a Bathroom remodeling project included convert tub onto shower, replacement of toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting and tiles (walls & flooring), with drywall repair and finishing, wall/ceiling painting and baseboard installation. It´s our company executed in 6 continuous and business days, assure construction quality, requirement fashion works, the customer satisfactions and expectation, complying Florida code construction.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Is important that the customer knows directly the person representative construction company, company reviews and reference, history work by brochures or photos, professionalism and responsiveness. When the customer receives several project proposals, they should consider all before items and assure that the scope and conditions established for each company being the same to make a decision correctly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should ask the experience previous about the type of construction project to contract, the capacity to excute it, how long it take and what conditions, what kind of waranties the company offer and review detailly the scope description have presented by company.
