What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If you have.. and decide to do both of your bathrooms with us you will get 50% discount on the other bathroom.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If you are new customer …me Marcel, i will personaly visit you whenever is right time for you so we can talk about how would you like your dream bathroom to look like. I will bring tile, floor, paint samples and much more photo designs on my tablet so we can chose from different finishes and decide what colors you would like and after we put the design together we will go from there and schedule the start time of the project.Estimates are always free.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am originaly from Europe and i have all licensing and i finished school of Heating/ac and Plumbing in Czech Republic. I also spent 8 years working as a plumber before starting my own business in home improvement.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Home renovation was my passion since i was working with my dad on all kind of projects. Bathroom renovations take little bit of everything and we love to transfer old outdated bathrooms to beautiful modern cozy place to relax!

What types of customers have you worked with?

For past 15 years we worked with a lot of customers all over the states and europe as well. Right now we also do subcontract for one big company named Jacuzzi but we are trying to get as many own jobs as possible to not be a middle man between these big companies and customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most of the projects take 4-10 days. But we can always talk and make everything work. We pay attention to every little detail but we can also be extremely quick if you need us to be!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
