What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Reasonable pricing to best attend homeowners. upfront payments only when half of the work is done and the homeowner is satisfied.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we send to customer a list of all the materials needed to start the work, then the customer buys the materials and set a pick-up date for the materials bought, we pick up all the materials and take them to the homeowner's location on the starting day of the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a family business of a father and son together we have more than 15 years of experience in Home remodeling and renovation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In family blood in working on construction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Normally a master bathroom renovation takes 8 to 10 days of work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who understands and knows the work they're doing and not just the cheapest quote, Price matters for the homeowner's budget but there is a good contractor that works at a fair price.
